Time to bolllock the landlord.
Heating not working

Finally managed to get the landlord to send out an electrician last week. The thermostat and receiver weren't communicating with each other. He bypassed the thermostat so I could turn it on at the boiler and came back yesterday and fitted a new thermostat. We're up and running and the heating is working now
