heating only blowing fuse

I'm not a gas fitter but logic would suggest that you disconnect everything of mains voltage then add them one by one testing as you go. When the fuse pops you have at least isolated the dodgy circuit.
 
sorry for the long delay but the outcome was a synchron motor fault.
