The central heating pump is making grinding noises like its chewing up sludge. I have drained the system out twice and left some sentinel treatment in the system for about four weeks to de-scale and clean, but it is still making the noises. I took the pump to bits and the impeller is clean.
The noise is intermittent and gets more frequent if you put the pump speed up, Help?
