I do have Danfuss TP5 heating switch in my house but i do not know how to set it so that i can have heat for a long time. I think it was set for less time and also the temperature must be on minimum. Please help me i am freezing

I have a similar product.
With mine you select the temperature level by pressing the up and down buttons and change from day to night by pressing both buttons at the same time.
Under the flap you have a button to select which programme and when you want it to start.
