We have a Heatline Vizo plus 24 combi boiler fitted 2 years ago that is showing a F8 error message which means there is a problem with the fan but the fan is working. Heatline have apparently been taken over and have had no luck with the 60p a minute helpline that has numerous menus and then rings out. Anyone any ideas on how to clear this? Many thanks.

F8 does not mean the fan isn't working
it means the fan speed is out of its set range
you need a RGI to fix it
