Heatline Vizo 24 - fires up then cuts out - no water/heating

I have a heatline vizo 24 combi boiler, I have no hot water or central heating.
The boiler fires up for around 20 seconds then cuts out.
The light on the front - a flame symbol with a line through it is flashing (showing an error I assume)
Have looked in manual, and not much help.
I have released all air from radiators, and tried to release any trapped air from kitchen tap.
Pressure is at 1.5

Pleas advise.

Assuming it does light (ie you have gas), and as that's not the overheat (dead pump) indication, it sounds combustion related so you need a Gas Safe boiler mending person.
