heatline vizo 24, we have hot water but no ch. please help!

Our boiler worked last week but we have only used it once since moving in.
Our hot water works fine but the ch doesn't fire up.

We cannot locate a thermostat anywhere in the house. Must there be one?
Also, there is a power supply on the wall. This seems to be linked to a plain white box which has a red light on but the one time the boiler worked, it was a green light. Could it be this?

Please help. We are freezing!

remove front of boiler , drop front face down . lhs you will see a blue conector block with 2 conections . disconect power and loop this conection out your ch should function. you will need new controls fitting but this will get you away in mean time. control of ch is now via front pannel
