Hi there, what would be the best method to get rid of these heavily textured walls in a property?

Skim over?
Sand down?
Something else?

Unsure on how to proceed or the best method, practically covers the entire property so looking at a cost effective method

Have a dig.
Artex which is white. Plaster is pinkish. Looks more like plaster to me.
Doubt that has asbestos in but you may want to get it tested if it's white artex.

Scrape and skim is your best bet.
There are wall smoothers you could use then vacuum sand or even learn to plaster yourself.
