Had a heavy cabinet door with mirror to hang back on. Someone had put bolts with nylonc threads to hold them on. I decided to stick with that and add extra bolts with ones missing readjust position so the hinges matched had to butcher the holes with metal bit to get bolts through. It went back on but would a repair plate have been better ?
