I have bought a house (ABOUT TO COMPLETE) and have done a basic mock up of what I want to do with the rear of the house. I would like a idea of cost, I will be getting somebody in for this.

The building is 1905 single walled. Based in Wales.

List:

Remove chimney breast make good roof (SLATE)

Block up two small windows and door replace with two large windows, Replace window with door. Make good pebble dash ready for painting make good interior walls with wooden sills exterior sills are concrete.

Should be a nice place when finished, Like the range cooker but do not recognise it (not seen one with left hand flue)

It is a rayburn and that is going we have no use for it and as I am putting in a combi boiler no tank to warm water.
