Hi all could I get advice me on the below

whats the differents between led constant current driver and led constant voltage driver.

I have led strips lights on a constant voltage driver, but when it's turned on it blinks every 5 ish min...

Any one help me please

lamps in series, constant current.
lamps in parallel, constant voltage.
