Hello People, looking for any advice...
Panelled my daughter's room then decorators caulked the gaps aswell as wood filled. I primed the Pine paneling and painted skirting satin brilliant white, then walls with a light shade pink Acrylic based paint. Then taped up panelling area and painted dark pink Acrylic paint again, gave it two coats then 20 mins after last coat pulled it and not to my delight, see pics... Looking for help as carpet needs fitted in 2 days, I could hand paint it tonight no issues but it's the tape that's definitely pulled paint off but would like to use it again or a diff sort...was green frog tape (which worked brilliantly against the white satin and lighter pink walls to skirting...
Cheers
Aidan

Green frog tape is only good for carpet. Just too sticky..
Yellow frog is ok and a medium tack.
Try masq low tack purple tape. Toolstation sell. Brilliant stuff and what I use the most.
The most delicate tape is tesa pink which has very little tack but always have some in my box.
Problem with pink tesa is it can fall off as such a low tack

Thank you mate, I'll have a look at local tool station today for the Masq low tack purple tape. Plan to sand the peeled bits of paint so have a good key on them then two coats of a spot primer Zinsser BIN as have some of this?
Then Will just repaint with appropriate paint, Reckon once cured I can use that tape for the last coat to give that edge to it?
If you reckon be good to go ahead with above plan I'm going to get started shortly...cheers mate
