Hello and good morning, hope someone can or knows what this pump on my system do and how, please look the enclosed photos

The plumbing on my house has been done around 2002 , it has 2 conventional Alpha boiler next to each other ,I have no problems at all for now with the system.
What puzle me is the pump on the right hand side of the Megaflow.
That pump is connected on the same timer of the boilers and have discovered that when pump is running i get instant hot water on all taps of the house. If I switch of the concerned pump , then it takes 10 to 15 seconds before hotwater reach taps.
The pump is connected to the flow at the bottom of the Megaflow and the other side of the pump to a T , from there to 2 small white pipes going under the floor board, no idea from there where they going.
Hope some one can explain this to me .

Thank you

Yes it’s a large house build in 2002 and plumbing done professionally at that same time.
So the purpose of that pump is to get instant hot water ....yes.
Because each boiler has got their own circulating pumps
Thank you

That is my view, wait and see if others have another view.

Yes as @just pumps says, it is a bronze pump and pumps the HW that comes out of the taps through a secondary circuit, the pumps within the boiler pump the primary water through the radiators and the heating coils inside the HW cylinder, the two waters never meet

+2 ... defo a secondary hot water circulating pump, it pumps water around the hot water circuit on the return to the cylinder, it's ensures that hot water is delivered quickly to any further away outlets.

You want to make sure all your hot water pipework is properly lagged to ensure minimum heat loss through the pipework so the CH system isn't having to heat that water up all the time.

And if it's on a "white pipe", that suggests it's been done in plastic... Photo of JG speedfit in your last image seems to confirm that.
Plastic a no-no for a recirc, unless fit for purpose plastic which it doesn't look to be.
