Hi
I have a control panel locked in SET 1 (using a keyfob). I cant get it out and the alarm is set (I am in the house!)

It goes off anytime I move into a zone. I need an installer in Edinburgh with experience of reseting.

I have tried the factory default and engineer code - neither work!!

Can I remove the battery from the sounder etc and power down the system?

do you have another fob ? or have you ever used a code on this system ? it may be a faulty fob, worse case down power system and let bell ring for 15/20 mins if it has a cut off timer

I powered the system and cut the battery to the external sounder.

I assume I will have to reprogram when I restart it. but thats probably not a bad thing!

you can default codes only as long as its not engineer locked... master code and engineer

I took the power down, cant get the system to come back up in engineer mode it just sticks with the SET 1 screen.

If I wanted to reprogram or replace the unit could I do this easily and where would I get one.

I notice on the Risco site there is some diagnosis software, worth a try?

as the system was set you will have to default it on power up ( codes only) pm me for info.
