Help!! i have a huge problem....

i have just had four cctv cameras fitted round my house.... (had a few 'strange' things happen recently).. but i am addicted.... four little squares on my telly of my car in the drive, my shed and my garage door... rivetting.... and all it's recording is the snow and a few moths....

How do i turn it off? and get a life?
