HELP IN SETTING UP THE BLADE/FENCE ON MITRE SAW

Hi as title says really i got a new Mitre saw and the external Mitre are a wee bit skew width! Do i use a try square and set the fence 45% to the blade and vice versa?t Many thanx in advance!

I am tempted not answer this due to the comments we posted in the "tools and materials column",, you then told us you got a great saw, then this posting...

however, read the instruction booklet and it should tell you how to do it. Basically yes, but you also need to check the compound mitre angle and the vertical angle!
