Help Indentifying aqualisa shower model

Having trouble with our shower, which i know is a aqualisa but i can't find the model numbe on there website.Since we changed the shower cord from white to silver the water has hardly any pressure our friend says its cause its leaking at the back so we need to order a few parts (badge) was hoping somebody could help with identifying which model we've got

Wow thanks for that!!! but the Aqualisa badge is different & the temperature control has no hot & cold symbols on it ???

Hoping for asome more help we've just put the replacement parts (Cartridge) in for our shower which is a Aqualisa 405 manual mixer valve the hose we ordered was item number 164515 http://www.aqualisa.co.uk/parts-sto...atic-and-manual-integral-power-shower/Hose/1/
which fitted the shower head fine but we couldn't connect it to the wall as it went on some of the threads but not enough and it was leaking water (see pic 1) is there another hose that we can use for this shower?

Put another rubber washer in and it will stop leaking.

Its already got a washer inside i've just taken a pic of the end of the hose

Put another washer in so that you have two washers and if that doesnt work try three.

I think i've found the hose i require even though its the same product number 164515 http://www.showerdoc.com/shower-acc...em as we need the conical and knurled nut end
