I use a large pair of mole grips on the track rod - if there are no spanner flats - to hold it and twist the track rod end off. If it won’t budge then apply heat, but too much will wreck the rubber boot.

Tried all of these wd40 the works I’m replacing the track rod end and the gator

How hot are you getting it? Maybe it’s been fixed with locking fluid which holds things ferociously tight - but plenty of heat frees things. I use a mapp gas cylinder and torch.

Use the grips to prevent the heat going right up the track rod, and get the end smokin’ hot.....where the threads are, obviously.

If none the above work and I've been there before, carefully cut length way's along the tre with a grinder and 1mm disc
