HELP!! Mira Advance shower suddenly stopped working

Hi all

need some help! got a Mira Advance electric shower identicle to this link. Was working fine for 4 years but today i tried to turn it on and no lights! Check mains fuse etc, all ok. Opened shower case and checked the live and neutral connection with volt tester, and its showing as 240 volts so power getting to it. However still no lights showing on the shower. I've never had any probs with this before. Does anyone know what could be wrong?!

You may have 240v into shower but you need to check if the transformer is giving out about 12v to pcb.

Sorry to sound a bit dim but how do I check this? I only know very basic electrics.

There is a white plug at the top of the relay board, the blue and brown wires are mains and should have 240v the black wires are from the transformer and should have 12v AC.
Turn power on at pullcord and check with meter.
