Help!Need software to unlock Motorola L2!

Unlocking my RAZR
Does anyone know of any software that will unlock Motorola mobile phones with just the IMEI (like you can with Nokia's)?
Don't have a cable for remote unlocking, and not that technically minded when it comes to stuff like this. Please help!

Take it to an independant mobile phone retailer e.g. market stall....they will unlock the phone for you for around £10. Some phones cannot be unlocked without a cable.

If it is on 3 tariff you cant unlock the phone. Sorry
