Help Needed finding Chrome UPVC Handles

We have some Roto patio doors. We are trying to replace the handles but are struggling to find exact replacements.


Our original handles are the Roto brand. We are looking for Polished Chrome.


Please see attached images of our doors and an dimensional diagram for the exact fitting.
