Unusual patio door handle

Hi everyone

I am trying to find a pair of new door handles for my patio door but so far have really struggled with the left handle (see picture) a well known place that sells handles is even a bit stumped when I sent the picture to say they not seen a handle like that before.

It is the handle that initiates the middle locking bar by pushing it up and pulling it down opens it. There is no handle on the outside on the left side. The handle on the right is quite ordinary but realistically I want to swap the pair for new matching chrome looking ones. Anyone know what these are or where sells like these please?

Looks a bit like a tilt and turn handle...just longer

Yale 310mm? Or ERA the key measurements are the spacing between lock and spindle.
