i have a 14 month old worcester greenstar 24i jnr it has developed a knock noise.
it sounds like a metal on metal noise coming from the heat cell.
worcester have been out to it today and replaced the fan, the man is thinking the fan might have gone out of balance and making the exchanger move and knock on the hanging bracket.
but not long after he left it started again i will be callinh them back out in the next couple of days but wanted to see if anyone here knows of this fault
