Hi should this has been asked many times but here goes.
I have removed paper from a troublesome wall. We have many cold (not damp spots) as it is an old house at least 18inch thick stone walls. Of course when taking paper off i have taken off some old emulsion. I attempted to fill these in but to be honest it just looks horrendous. cant afford to have it replastered. Was hoping to apply Zinsser bin to deal with cold spots and then emulsion but i really dont think it will look good. Thought of using lining paper but with the cold spots is this going to work? Please can someone advise - just dont know what to do. Thanks in advance
