I have a problem with a plastered wall in my house.
I have absolutely no experience of DIY or any type of building. The wall is in the living room and it is the external wall on the front of the house just beside a bay window
It started off as a small dot and has grown. The paint started to go to powder and peel off and behind it appears to be plaster which is off colour and i am guessing damp with salts coming through
