Ok, Im asking for good bad advice here. Let me explain...
Im a woman. disabled, housebound, alone and have chronic fatigue with a list of other conditions. I do not have the money to pay someone to decorate and do not have relatives or friends I can ask, neither do I have the strength or ability or energy to sand and strip doors myself before I paint them, I could clean and undercoat them if I knew what paint to get, but thats probably about all I could manage by way of preparation, and of course paint them. I also buy everything online so brands or whatever would be helpful as well please.
The doors have only had their original "new build" paint put on them 4 yrs ago, and Id use white which it already is anyway..
So, the good bad advice Im asking for ....... Is there any paint that covers over gloss without sanding and so on which I cannot do? Im sorry to have to ask what I know is wrong advice here, but hope you understand. I know its not going to be more than a freshener really, I dont expect it to last as long as a job done right, but it would be nice to tidy it up, even if for a shorter time.
hoping but doubtful!
