Help, Panel Heater!!!

Morning all, appreciate any help!

this morning my heater will not heat up for some reason, i have taken it apart and there seems to be something that has burnt inside, i can’t find out what it is called ANYWHERE, if someone could point me in the direction i would be happy as larry, stay safe everyone

It looks like a thermal cut out, a replacement would likely look like this

but since you don't know at what temperature is should work at, it can't really be replaced, it is likely you need a new heater.
