Had it installed couple of weeks ago. Everything fine until today. It is sort of bumping and you can actually see the sides and front move very slightly like a heart beat. The flame seems to flick each time this happens. Any ideas

hi there. where is the pressure gage and do you mean the flue on the outside of wall. I hope I dont sound too dense.
Just to let any one know who may be interested, the rubber seal inside boiler to flue was split and the noise and movement was due to baffling.
