Help please. Long flush stopped working.

Hello

Just moved into a house and the toilet flush was fine but all of a sudden the long flush has stopped working and no matter how long you push the loo handle, the short flush just works.

Attached are some pictures of the cistern internals. Any help to sort this would be really appreciated.

This is a top-access syphon and can (supposedly) be serviced without removing cistern from pan.

There are flushes that are push and hold for short flush, press and let go for long flush
