Help pricing a feather board fencing job

Hi all,
Been asked to replace 24 meters of feather board fencing (6 foot boards).
Posts and rails to remain.
It's been a while since I've done much fencing so need to be sure my labour charge is not to far off.
Remove old boards and replace with new.

Depends how fast you work, access, how easy old is to get off. How far you have to carry new materials.

For me, maybe 2 days at a push

Your probably faster than me, I was thinking 2 or 3 days, just struggling to visualise the work.
There will be other repairs no doubt so I'm going to go with 3 days.

Allow enough contingency to replace the rails if they turn out to be shot?
