I heard my worker and a joiner arguing in next room while we were installing a heating system. Joiner (my big geordie mate ex boxer doorman hardman who I take along to jobs where security required in areas like Harehills) was telling Ian to get under the floor, Ian was refusing, there was only about 18inches depth, since I am paying wages for those two to stand there arguing I said "no good talking about it just do it, I slid in feet first arms above head shuffled along, made joint cam,e out in less time than they would have carried on talking about the job. Lead by example that's my way.
