Help - removed radiator from combi system

im going to buy the stop end/lockshield valves today. prob the stop end.
i looked outside for the prv/tap but cant see one?

ther is a small copper pipe i presume is the overflow, but nothing that looks like a tap?

hi
i changed the isolating valve for a new one, really quickly! The pressure is stable at 1 bar, and the valve seems fine, leaked a tiny bit first, but i tightened it a bit, and seems ok now. There was a wee bit of dampness would that just be what was inside the nut, fingers crossed!

I find that copper can feel damp, even if it isn't!

Best way is to dry it thoroughly with some kitchen roll / loo roll, then a few minutes later have a feel around the joint and see if any water is on your fingers.
