HELP! Sime Super 102 no hot water or CH

Hello!

Its been 4 days already and i still havent managed to trace the fault.

It started a few days ago when the fan stopped working, then it worked for a day and now nothing works.

I replaced the fan (it needed replacing as it was making too muchj noise) and i replaced the limit thermostat, still nothing.

The diverter valve operates the switch but nothing else happens.

Would anyone have any ideas of what the problem is? I checked one of the 2 fuses on the PCB (the 1.6a one is ok, how do i check the other one?)
