Hi Guys, please can someone help this poor midwife???? i have a "brown" homewarm switchmaster. I think it is kaput,when you change it from hot water to heating the dial doesnt move in the airing cupboard????where can i find a new one or replacement? i have a glow worm boiler,not combi

The dial in the airing cupboard, do you mean the 3 port valve?

Yes the 3point valve? doesnt turn when i try to change dial on the wall,but it usually clicks when its at the correct setting (wall dial)

You are better off having a feel at the thingy that is poking out. It should feel stiff when turned off, and loose when on.
