HELP - toilet door jammed

How can i unlock a toilet door from the outside - the turn lock is working but the handle wont move down to release the catch. i've unscrewed the handle but the turn lock device is still holding it on the door.

Fiddling with a screwdrive in the door handle hole might trigger the release?
