Hi

I have just moved into a new property which has a Drayton Digistat 2 room thermostat on the wall and a combi bolier in the kitchen with a potterton programmable thermostat attached. My question is what setting do I keep the potterton thermostat to allow control by the digistat?

It's a rented property and I when i moved in the potterton was on "ON" but they did say they had kept the heating on continuous (low) as they knew I was moving in. Do i keep it on "on" and assume the digistat will override it by following the programme I set on it?

Any help much appreciated

The Drayton unit will do both time and temperature.

The Potterton programmer should be set to ON permanently.
It really should have been removed when the Drayton was fitted.

Thanks for your speedy reply. Much appreciated.
