Help With Light Fitting?-please!!

Hi

I want to replace a light fitting with a nice new shiny spotlight-not sure how to wire this and naturally don't want to get this wrong!!

I have attached the link to photos of the current fitting and the new light-all help would be greatly appreciated!!

The two reds with on the right hand side of your pic of the ceiling rose go to the empty terminal block, the black goes to the N terminal, black with red sleeve to the L terminal and the earths (think there's two in the same sleeve) both connect to the earth terminal.
