Help With My Loft Conversion

I wish to remove 4 pieces of thin timber from my loft. Two horizontal and two vertical. I have put them on the image below. Understand the concerns, and will be getting advice from builder, but just want opinion from this forum. The 2 horizontal just are nailed to the beams, the 2 vertical are nailed to the 2 horizontal and run under my loft flooring so not sure where they'll go.

looks like they were/are tank stands,in which case,it would be ok to remove them,as long as the tanks are no longer on them obviously.
