Help with S-Trap WC Please!

We are just about to change the minging bathroom suite in out new house but are slightly confused about which WC to buy. The floor is concrete and the pipe behind the WC bends at 90 degrees into the floor. Must we buy an S-Trap WC, or can we buy s normal WC which goes straight out the back and fit some kind of adaptor to turn the waste into the floor?

Looking around at S-Trap WCs they seem twice as expensive and there's not really much in the way of variety.
