Help with shed wiring please

My brother in law said he is familiar with part P and said he would check it all out before I get it checked.

If he's familiar with Part P then he should know that the type of work you intend to carry out should be notified before it's started, not after and certainly not at the stage where you require it checking.
 
Is your supply TN-S, TN-C-S (PME) or TT?

Well, any experienced electrician can tell and if you are doing your own electrics then you should be aware that this is the first bit of information that you need.

Have a look at the Electrics UK forum list. At the top there are two very useful items: WIKI and Sticky. Have you looked there?
