Help with Veritas R8, tamper light and zone 2

Help with Veritas R8, tamper light and zone 2
Can not reset the alarm using the correct code(it bleeps), for some unknown reason the control panel tamper light(flashing) and zone 2 is lit up, both in red. None of the buttons on the control panel are responding so I can not reset it or check anything.
Thanks in advance for advice/info
