Help with waste pipe blockage

We've got a major blockage in our waste pipe, between the kitchen & bathroom. The blockage is causing the waste from the washing machine & dishwasher to fill the bath. We've tried a plunger, caustic soda & three blasts of the Power Plumber Instant Drain Cleaner, but all to no avail. Any other suggestions before we contact a plumber would be much appreciated.
