£300,00 paid for land --- I wonder how much income tax over time ??

On West local news last PM, council rep said "It would be too expensive to fight the case in court ... " If our councils cannot afford to fight cases over planning permissions and new liquor licences .. What point is the law ? An academic exercise ?
I say abolish 'retrospective planning permission' now !! If 'we' cannot challenge legal positions then we are surely open to corrupt dealings.
UK is most discriminatory, Stopped the 'local car parking at Bristol Airport' by farmers and landowners resident for many years.... Big business like the Airport owners (Spanish), the backers of the Illegal G camps and the purveyors of liquor have taken over they can virtually do as they please.
Just like an old style 'B' movie --- a bad dream !!
