Hi All,
Advice would be greatly appreciated.
We have recently moved and are currently sourcing builders etc for a planned extension. My previous house had parquet flooring, we are looking to put this in to the new house. I know its not cheap but following a visit today I have received a quote, details of which are below. Total sqm around 35-38sqm.
I know that costs can vary depending on quality of product and area of the country (Essex, by the way)
Would anyone like to hazard a guess (better still, give an opinion on the cost that should be charged).
I understand that there are multiple variables (we have a screed floor) - you however could consider this to be reasonably basic in shape. There will be no border, the skirting will be removed as will the current tiles/laminate....
Any advice would be much welcomed, especially from those who do this for a living....
How much then

Advice would be greatly appreciated.
