Only way to know for sure would be to ship a sample of it off to a ukas accredited lab for testing. Prices probably start from around 25 quid. If you can't be bothered with that then work sensibly, wearing proper protective gear and saturate the boards wih soapy water to the point they're sodden and falling apart as this will stop fibres from becoming a dust cloud
Nothing to be concerned about! as that is plaster with scrim reinforcing bedded in it..quite common.
