I've just signed up here and I thought I'd say hi first, before I delve into other areas...
I've recently bought my first house - the conveyancing is almost done and soon I will be moving in. Its only small and needs a lot of work but I've got plenty of ideas and plans to keep me busy until I get my hands on it!
I'm an experienced DIY'er however I'm not so experienced with more complex things like structural work and building regs.
The forum looks great - looking forward to getting stuck in
