Are there different types & sizes of hidden hinges for kitchen cabinets. I'm using standard 1/2". But when I installed new cabinet doors I still have 1/4" off after adjusting. The doors are the correct mesurement and butt each other when you place then in front of opening using a 1/4" space. But after install with hinges I get at least a 1/4 or more gape. can some one help!

not exactly sure what you mean
if what your talking about is the door not covering the sides of
the cabinet when closed
you can get hinges that share a 15mm panel so each hinge only
covers about 7mm of the panel[for fitted wardrobes]

The hinge is the same, the difference is in the mounting plate,
