hiding pipework

The new house has concrete floors so the central heating pipework is in plain view on the walls. Is there a skirting board specially designed to cover such pipework and is it any good? If so is there a recommended supplier? Otherwise I guess shall need to try to make a decent job of boxing them in (any hints gratefully received).

they do make a boxing in for pipes that do look like skirting if i find who makes it i will let you know
