Considering getting a vertical rad in one of our rooms as part of a CH upgrade.

Two reasons:

1) will free up more space in the room

2) may be a way of hiding vertical pipes that run down from the ceiling rather than having the messy job of having them chased in the walls.

Only a small bit of piping would be seen above the rad, and I could live with that.

Only issue is that the pipes (15mm i think) in their current pipe clips extend 30mm from the wall, and most vertical rads seem to only have about 20mm - 25mm space behind them.

Im presuming there are clips that could pull the pipes closer to the wall?

Would be interested in thoughts on this idea.

Cheers
