High gloss finish on natural slate

Hi

I have an existing slate floor that looks good wet but not so when dry.

Is there a product out there that will give a permanent "wet look" finish.
The floor has already been sealed and is dirty so I would probably need to strip that off.

What product would I use for preping the tiles before applying the new finish?
